Deloitte & Touche Aligns With ILumin OREM, Utah, March 14, 2001 (SmartPros) Deloitte & Touche has forged an alliance with iLumin Corp., an electronic signature technology provider. The partnership allows D&T to use iLumin's Web-enabled electronic signature or "Digital HandShake" technology for its business services. Digital HandShake is designed to enable customers to securely and privately complete a legally binding agreement electronically. D&T will provide business practice consulting, systems integration, implementation and other professional services to iLumin's Digital Handshake customers.
